About Medtasker

Inspired by clinicians, professionally delivered for everyone who keeps a hospital running.

Since 2014, we’ve designed Medtasker to give hospital teams a calmer, more connected way to coordinate care.

Our story

Founded in 2014 in Melbourne, Australia, Medtasker was born from the real-world challenges faced by frontline clinicians. We saw the inefficiencies in hospital workflows and recognised the need for a better way to manage tasks and communication in real time.

Our Vision: A world where all patients receive the best care all the time.

Our Mission: To be the leading workflow automation and communication platform in health, improving patient care and hospital efficiency.

Today, Medtasker is used by thousands of healthcare professionals and support staff in hospitals across Australia and New Zealand, who rely on it every day to coordinate care, manage workloads and stay connected. Across emergency departments, inpatient wards, allied health services and community care, we’re proud that Medtasker supports teams in a wide range of roles, ensuring that all hospital staff can deliver better care, faster.
